Ingredients: - 48 drops of Aura Cacia Lavender Essential Oil - 0.5 fl. oz. (4 oz. Wide Mouth Jar) - 3 fluid ounces of unscented liquid Castile soap - 2 tablespoons (about 16) of whole almonds - 3 tablespoons of rolled oats

Directions: 1. In a food processor or grinder, combine the almonds and rolled oats. Pulse until a medium to fine meal forms. 2. In a jar, combine the Castile soap, lavender essential oil, and the ground meal. Stir until well combined. 3. To use, apply a small amount of the scrub to a damp washcloth, sponge, or shower scrunchy. Gently scrub the wet skin in the shower, then rinse and pat dry.
